Más sobre el nuevo libro de JLA...FB&A

Si estáis suscritos a la Newsletter de Jennifer L. Armentrout os habrá llegado un email, pero si no, aquí os dejo un nuevo teaser del libro que está escribiendo JLA y más información sobre él.

WHAT IS FB&A? You’ve seen the teasers. You know I’m almost finished with this mammoth book, but there’s been no details.

Well, I’m not going to give you a whole crap ton of details yet, but I will tell you this:

• It’s a fantasy, it’s straddles that YA/NA line (think ACOTAR) and will be between 140,000 to 150,000 words long.
• It contains certain elements I’ve been asked a time or dozen to write about one day. FB&A is the book title, and I’ve vaguely confirmed what that stands for in one of the teasers.
• The female lead’s nickname is Poppy. She’s kick ass and yet sheltered. You’ll understand when you read. The male lead is Hawke, and he’s like an Aiden, Roth, and…. Hunter rolled into one. You’ll understand when you read.
• This book will make your belly flop and there may be tears. There will definitely be some fan your face moments with possibly one of the hottest scenes I’ve ever written, so while it’s not an adult book, there is mature content in this book. There’s also the cursed, gods, star-crossed love, secret identities, fallen kingdoms, and blood… lots of blood.
• It will be coming out sooner than you probably think. Just to give you a hint of that, there’s already a cover. It’s my favorite cover of all time.

QUÉ ES FB&A? Habéis visto los teasers y ya sabéis que estoy a punto de terminar este gigantesco libro, pero no os he dado detalles sobre él.

Bueno, no pienso daros muchos detalles todavía, pero os diré esto:

• Es fantasía, y está en la línea de YA y NA (pensar en ACOTAR) y tendrá entre 140.000 y 150.000 palabras

• Contiene ciertos elementos que me han pedido que escriba una o una docena de veces, FB&A es el título del libro, y he confirmado vagamente lo que significa en uno de los teasers.

• El nombre de la protagonista femenina es Poppy. Ella es una auténtica malota y aún así la protegen. Lo entenderéis cuando lo leáis. El protagonista masculino es Hawke y es como Aiden, Roth y...Hunter, todo en uno. Lo entenderéis cuando lo leáis.

• Este libro hará que se os encoja el estómago y probablemente habrá lágrimas. Definitivamente habrá algunos momentos en los que tendréis que esconder la cara ya que he escrito las que son probablemente las escenas más ardientes que he escrito jamás, por lo que, aunque no es un libro para adultos, hay cierto contenido adulto en este libro. También hay maldiciones, dioses, amor predestinado, identidades secretas, reinos caídos y sangre...mucha sangre.

• Saldrá a la venta antes de lo que pensáis. Para que os lo imaginéis, ya tiene portada. Y es mi portada favorita de todos los tiempos.
